Acceptance of terms
By accessing www.verified-enroll.com or any VerifiedEnroll portal, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to the public marketing site and, together with applicable portal agreements, to the laboratory and clinician portals.
Permitted use
This platform is intended for use by CLIA-certified diagnostic laboratories, credentialed physicians, pharmaceutical sponsors, and patients seeking information about clinical trial access. Commercial use, automated scraping, and unauthorized data collection are prohibited.
No medical advice
Content on this site is informational only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Clinical trial eligibility determinations and enrollment decisions are made by credentialed physicians under applicable IRB protocols. Patients should consult their treating physician.
Intellectual property
All content, software, design, and materials on this platform are the property of Atumnus LLC or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written authorization.
Laboratory and clinician portal terms
Use of the laboratory portal (lab.verified-enroll.com) is governed by the signed Lab Participation Agreement. Use of the clinician portal (app.verified-enroll.com) is governed by the Physician Credentialing Agreement and applicable sub-investigator agreement. In the event of conflict, portal-specific agreements control.
Anti-Kickback compliance
VerifiedEnroll is designed and operated in compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute (42 U.S.C. § 1320a-7b(b)) and applicable safe harbors. No compensation terms are published on public-facing surfaces. All compensation arrangements are governed by executed agreements reviewed by qualified healthcare legal counsel.
Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided on an as-is basis. Atumnus LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Trial matching outputs are computational results intended to support, not replace, physician clinical judgment.
Limitation of liability
Atumnus LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on its outputs. Total liability in any matter shall not exceed amounts paid by the party in the preceding twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming, except where injunctive relief is sought.
