Genomic Panel Matching · Clinical Trial Network
A ranked genomic match reporting. 104-gene ctDNA panel in. Variant profile matched against oncology genomic signatures and recruiting trial registry. Ranked report to the ordering physician.
A CLIA-certified laboratory partner processes a peripheral blood draw through the 104-gene circulating tumor DNA panel. The assay detects single-nucleotide variants, copy number alterations, insertions/deletions, and gene fusions at 0.1% variant allele frequency sensitivity. No tissue biopsy is required.
The submitted variant profile is matched against a structured reference set: oncology genomic signatures across prostate, bladder, and renal cell carcinoma indications; active studies registered on ClinicalTrials.gov; and IRB-approved pharma-funded protocols in the VerifiedEnroll network.
The ordering physician receives a ranked report. Each result shows variant-to-profile alignment, eligibility criteria matched against the submitted panel, and recruiting status at time of query. No PHI leaves the physician-laboratory network.
